Build your weekly study planner in the browser. Add subjects, times and durations to any day, colour-code them automatically, then print it or save it as a PDF. It saves in your browser, so it's still here when you come back.
Start with what's fixed, then fill the gaps. Block out school, sport, work and dinner first so you're only planning study around the time you actually have. A realistic timetable beats an ambitious one every single time — most students overcommit on Monday and abandon the whole plan by Wednesday.
Keep sessions short and specific. Instead of "study Maths" for three hours, plan a focused 45–60 minute block with one goal, like "finish the quadratics worksheet". Give each subject its own colour so you can see at a glance whether your week is balanced or whether one subject is quietly eating everything. Aim for the same slots each day — habits form around consistency, not motivation.
Then protect a rest day. A timetable with zero breaks is one you'll resent and drop. Build in downtime on purpose, review your plan every Sunday, and adjust it as due dates and exams move. Print it out and stick it on the wall, or save the PDF to your phone — the version you can actually see is the one you'll follow.
