You create a parent account first, which generates a unique 6-digit join code. Your child enters this code when setting up their student account — that links them to your dashboard. No email sharing, no complicated settings. Takes about 60 seconds.
Your child can see their own stats and progress (which is all visible on their student account anyway), but they cannot see the parent dashboard view, other children's data, or your notification settings. Each account has clearly separated access.
HomeworkStreak has no advertising, no third-party data sharing, and no interaction with strangers. Friend connections are opt-in and only show XP and streak data — never homework content or personal information. All Australian student data is stored in Australian data centres and governed by Australian privacy law.
